Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Moltiply Web Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Moltiply Web Studio provides web design, development, and hosting services for small businesses. Our services include website creation, hosting, maintenance, and related support as described in your service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in your invoice. Hosting and maintenance fees are billed on a recurring basis as set out in your service agreement. Where we manage a domain name on your behalf, registration and renewal fees are billed at the registrar's cost. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of your website content and custom designs. Moltiply Web Studio retains rights to any proprietary tools, frameworks, or templates used in the creation of your website.
Limitation of Liability
Moltiply Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
