( Common questions )
The fine print, up front.
Why is it so affordable?
A lean, founder-led process and modern tooling. There are no account managers, no office overhead, and no agency middle layer — you pay for the design, build, and care, not the markup. The trade-off is a focused scope: sharp small-business sites, not six-month enterprise projects.
How is the implementation cost worked out?
It scales with the scope of your project: how many pages you need, how ready your content is, and whether you want extras like booking, payments, or online ordering. You get one clear figure before any work starts — agreed up front, never invoiced as a surprise.
What does "from $9.95 a week" mean?
Most small-business sites run on the standard $9.95-a-week plan. If your site needs more — extra update time, larger features, or heavier traffic — we quote the weekly rate alongside your build quote, so both numbers are agreed before any work starts.
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract — you can stop the weekly plan whenever you like.
What happens to my site if I stop the plan?
The plan covers hosting, so the site comes offline — but nothing is held hostage. Your domain stays in your name, your content is yours, and we will hand over your site files so you can host them elsewhere.
Are there any other costs?
Just your domain name (typically $10–25 a year). Keep it with your own registrar, or have us purchase and renew it for you — we bill it at the registrar's cost, and it stays in your name either way. No setup fees, no plugin licences, no surprise renewals.
