Five service pillars. One line for emergencies.
Plum Craft is a licensed Perth plumbing, gas fitting and mechanical contractor led by Alan Kelly, based in Gosnells with 24 years in the trade. The work runs from a blocked drain at home to contracted maintenance programs on commercial sites, and the site had to hold both without confusing either.

Residential, commercial, and out of hours.
A homeowner with a leaking hot water unit and a facilities manager looking for a planned-maintenance contractor need different things from the same business. Someone with a burst pipe at night needs neither — they need a phone number. The web design brief was to sort fourteen services into five pillars and keep the emergency line clear of the enquiry form.
Plum Craft works to commercial standard, and the site shows it the way trade buyers check: Alan’s plumbing, gas fitting and backflow licence numbers are on the home, about and contact pages, and every photo in the gallery is a Plum Craft job — rooftop hot water plant, gas metering, backflow assemblies, in-slab drainage.
Fourteen services, sorted into five.
The services page groups all fourteen under five pillars, so a visitor picks their kind of problem first and the specific service second. The enquiry form asks which pillar the job belongs to, with emergency plumbing or gas as its own option, and the contact page tells anyone with a burst pipe, gas leak or plant failure out of hours to call rather than type.

Around the services sit an about page led by Alan and the sectors he works in, a gallery of fifteen completed installations, an FAQ that answers the licensing, commercial and 24/7 questions directly, and a service area centred on the Gosnells base. “Call 0450 217 659” and “Request a Quote” sit in the header of every page.
