1. What this page covers
Moltiply Web Studios connects a business Facebook Page or Instagram business account to that business’s website so approved posts can be published to it. We do not use Facebook Login to sign anyone in, and we do not build profiles of visitors from Meta data. This page explains how to have the data from that connection deleted.
2. What we receive from Meta
When a business connects an account we store an encrypted access token, the identifier and display name of the Page or Instagram business account being published to, and the dates the connection was made and last used. We do not receive or store friend lists, private messages, personal profile fields, or the content of anyone else’s posts.
3. Requesting deletion
Email us from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your social connection data, naming the business and the Facebook or Instagram account concerned. We will confirm the request, delete the stored token and account details, and write back when it is done. There is no charge, and you do not need an active service agreement with us to ask.
4. Revoking access yourself
You can also cut the connection from Meta’s side at any time, without contacting us. In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Moltiply Web Studios. Access stops immediately. Doing this revokes the token but does not by itself erase the record on our side, so email us as well if you want the stored details removed.
5. Timing and retention
We action deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and usually much sooner. Once deleted, the token and account details are gone from our systems and cannot be recovered — reconnecting later means going through the connect flow again. Where we are required to keep a limited record for legal or accounting reasons, we keep only what the law requires and nothing from the connection itself.
